Ok... it's a technicality... but for a moment there, I was thinking maybe we had a "closet-case-operative" in the judicial branch in Louisiana. Sadly, not true...

Scott Says Laci Knew of Affair With Frey... BULL COOKIES!
Scott Says Laci Knew of Affair With Frey
(In my humble, educated, empathetic opinion), I call BULL COOKIES! Laci might have discovered... day(s), hours or minutes before her death... that her husband was/is not who she thought him to be. There's no way that anyone will ever convince me that she was "cool" with it.

Reach Out and Touch John Kerry
So many times, our political candidates are unreachable, and we feel powerless to voice our direct concerns. So many times, we shoot clever remarks toward the television screen, as if we could really be heard.
I certainly would never advocate a barrage of challenging, much less abusive or offensive, telephone calls. But perhaps you have a single constructive criticism or helpful suggestion (or two) you would like to make to John Kerry... even IF it's 2:00am, the bars are closed and you have a hankering to make your opinions known.
Well, now you can reach out and touch John Kerry. Click HERE for John Kerry's Voicemail!

There were a few other phrases he didn't understand...
I'm just floored by the story about the Japanese businessman who caused an airline flight, destined for Dayton, Ohio, to return to Chicago O'Hare.
He wrote "suicide bomb" on a piece of paper, and OF COURSE, when another passenger saw it, he (or she) was QUITE alarmed and notified a flight attendant.
When questioned, the man explained that he's reading newspapers, in order to learn English, and he writes down words and phrases that he doesn't understand, in order to look them up later.
Is it just me? Or do you think that he probably didn't understand most of the rest of the article he was reading. I can't believe anyone, of any culture, would knowingly jot down random phrases from a newspiece on terrorism... while a passenger on an airline.
[The man was released without charge, and a search of the plane did not yield a bomb, or anything else out of the ordinary.]

RNC in NYC
Why would the Republicans choose New York City to hold their national convention???
I have many theories... (1) planning a large event in NYC shows that you have no fear (2) further, it shows that you are comfortable with the level of security in place (3) proves that you have faith in Homeland Security under your watch (4) what better place is there to party?!
But, there are a couple of reasons why I think it's a bad idea... (1) The New York Liberty are forced to play a couple of games in Radio City Music Hall... can you imagine??? and (2) if there is any place on earth with a (terrorists') target on it's (proverbial) head... it's our beloved NYC.
Check this out.

Cycling Candidates
In the same newscast last week, it was reported that George W, who recently took up cycling, took "another spill". Minutes later during coverage of the Democratic National Convention, there was a subtle clip of John Kerry riding his bike in Boston.
Coincidence? Or slanted media?
I mean... they didn't have video of Bush tumbling off his bike at his Crawford ranch. They reported that he suffered no injury, so where's the big story? Was it really worth... like, a half a million dollars in air-time?
Of course it was, if they could use it, by comparison, to make Bush appear to be "unfit".
